Shipping
Waltson Global Synergy (Nig) Ltd offers free shipping within Lagos Mainland only and orders to Island Lagos will have shipping charges applied based on customer’s delivery address. Please contact our Sales Team and they will assist you.
Method of shipping will be determined by Waltson Global Synergy (Nig) Ltd. If customers request for immediate deliveries through a 3rd party delivery service (DHL, Bike, etc.), the cost of shipping shall be borne by the customer.
Customers will bear the returned shipping charges if the courier companies fail to deliver the parcels due to the wrong information provided by the customer (ie. wrong phone number, wrong address, customers fail to answer calls).
